Darin Smith-Gaddis, MPA
Darin Smith-Gaddis brings over 15 years of experience in international education to his role as senior director of university relations and strategic outreach at 杏吧原创. Prior to joining 杏吧原创, he held several leadership positions at CEA CAPA Education Abroad, where he oversaw institutional relations, custom program development, organization-wide diversity and inclusion strategic initiatives, and global training programs aimed at enhancing program delivery. Before his tenure at CEA CAPA, Smith-Gaddis worked at AFS Intercultural Programs USA, where he oversaw the development of the YES Abroad and NSLI-Y study abroad programs for the U.S. Department of State. He also managed nationwide community-based partnerships through the Faces of America program, designing enrollment strategies that increased minority student participation. Smith-Gaddis holds a master鈥檚 of public administration with a concentration in public sector management and leadership from California State University, Northridge, and a bachelor鈥檚 in political science from Northwestern University. He has also participated in study abroad programs in Brazil, Croatia, and Czechia.
